Interview With Top 2020 Prospect: Cole Perfetti

@NHLPROSPECTREPORT: How did you get into playing hockey?

COLE PERFETTI : My parents were big hockey fans. They always had the game on when I was little and I always seemed to have a mini stick in my hand when I was young always wanting to play. My parents then put me on the ice at the age of 2. I then joined a league when I was four and went from there.

@NHLPROSPECTREPORT: That’s really cool!! Who was your favorite NHLer growing up?

COLE PERFETTI : Growing up I loved Steven Stamkos and John Tavares. I also enjoyed watching Johnathan Teows.

@NHLPROSPECTREPORT: Ah good choices. What do you like most about the position you play? And what kind of playing style do you bring to a team?

COLE PERFETTI: I like being a forward because I love creating plays and helping my team score. I think I am an offensive playmaker.
